Black Box IC820A Universal RS-232 to RS-422/485 Bidirectional Converter B0DJQ6MTDK so you have the freedomAllows you to select 2 wire RS 485 or 4 wire RS 485 full duplex operation. Selectable RS 422 operation with transmit and receive always enabled. Automatic control of the RS 485 driver, so it works without any special programming for handshake signals. Also allows the transmitter to operate the RS 232 TD signal and the receiver to operate when not transmitting. Built in jumper switches for 2 or 4 wire operation with no external jumpers to configure.
