EMG Soapbar 40JX 5-String Bass Pickup batch003 Take hold and take flightThe EMG 40JX is their classic JX single coil bass pickup in their Extender range housing. Dropping in with Jazz flavored characteristics with a broad tonal frequency and distinct clarity, this pickup increases low end response. A radiused ceramic bar magnet ensures tight, mid range punch and high end presence. This particular EMG model uses an Extended housing that is four inches long, designed for five string bass.
