La Garagista 'Ci Confonde' Red Pet-Nat Vermont, 2022 chard herbs de ProvenceThis wine is made from 100% Marquette, a hybrid varietal developed specifically to withstand the harsh Vermont winter and spring. The vineyard is western facing, and allows the grapes to ripen gradually. This lovely sparkler has notes of candied cherry and pomegranate juice. It is the Champlain Valley's expression of Lambrusco, and pairs perfectly with a Thanksgiving meal of turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce, or with a Tuesday night pizza.
