A Columbian World Exposition Administration Building Table Medal, 1893 Auction An 1870 Period Pour-le-MeriteComprised of solid silver, the obverse bears a high relief bust of Columbus with the inscription COLUMBUS from 1 to 3 oclock near the outer edge, the rim of the medal is surrounded by a copper gilt ring with bears a blue enamelled edge on the obverse side denoting a repeated floral pattern, the reverse shows the administration building of the Worlds Columbian Exposition of 1893 with the surrounding inscription WORLDS COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION and in the
