Stokken werden in 1917 aangeplant op 650m hoogte, op zuidelijk georienteerde hellingen in de vorm van een amfitheater. Ondiepe, arme bodem van kalk en klei. 11 maanden rijping op Franse eiken vaten. Complexe aroma's van hoofdzakelijk rood fruit. Opvallend elegant, met zijdezachte tannines en een mooie fracheur. Biologisch gecertificeerd. 3150 flessen gebotteld.
