VINIFICATION: The manually harvested grapes are then skin maceration and pressing fermented in the traditional way. The wine matures for 20 months on American oak and then 24 months on bottle. GRAPES: tempranillo, graciano, maturana ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 14. 00% SMELL & TASTE: Creamy wine with a satiny structure and pleasant, ripe tannins.
